About the Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will make a positive impact by directly helping dozens of interesting startup and existing schools gain clarity in their financial position while planning for their financial future so they can continue to grow and thrive.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for a portfolio of school clients which requires you to oversee the daily accounting process including transaction categorization, invoicing, bill payments, and payroll.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

●       Oversee the daily interactions for a group of our clients to ensure that they receive a remarkable experience.

●       Perform the day-to-day accounting to ensure everything is on track for the month-end close.  This includes coding bank and credit card transactions, processing payroll, facilitating payroll changes, and responding to client requests.

●       Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all tasks related to a group of clients assigned to you.

●       Deliver a great client experience that results in strong and long-lasting client relationships

●       Staying current on client deliverables to meet deadlines and client commitments

What You Need to Succeed

●       You have at least two years of accounting experience

●       Minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related program

●       You have experience working in the not-for-profit industry

●       You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities

●       You are technology savvy and can switch between several applications easily

●       You have experience using QuickBooks Online

●       You believe in delivering awesome client service and have experience in a client-facing role

●       Experience working in a paperless environment is strongly preferred
